Lesson Plans, curriculum, and moreIn our hopes to better serve the needs of educators in the state of Arkansas, the MacArthur Museum of Arkansas Military History strives to provide lesson plans, classroom activities, unit curriculum and other classroom materials that coordinate and meet Arkansas Frameworks, as well as National Social Studies Frameworks. The materials available are listed by topic or unit. Those that do not fit under a topic are listed under miscellaneous. Teacher Development WorkshopsThe MacArthur Museum of Arkansas Military History provides Arkansas Department of Education approved teachers' workshops for area teachers. Workshops include economics, Arkansas History, hands-on classroom activities, and range in grades from k-12.
