Video, DVD, and Resource LibraryThanks to the generous donation from Jake Tidmore of videos, DVDs, and books, the MacArthur Museum of Arkansas Military History has developed a loan program for teachers. Teachers can borrow research materials for educational purposes in their classrooms. The movies and books cover a variety of topics -- the Revolutionary War, the Civil War, through present events, with an emphasis on World War II. The collection also includes several German language films that can be used in German classes, for translation, or teaching purposes. The materials will be made available to teachers at no cost. You can reserve items by contacting Stephan McAteer, smcateer@littlerock.org, or 501.376.4602. The movies may be checked out for a 2-3 week period. Teachers are responsible for picking up and returning borrowed items to the museum. View a list of available media.
